We do not sell physical products directly. This policy applies only to platform subscription fees and related service charges.

Oqia eStore provides digital infrastructure, hosting, storefront management tools, and subscription-based services. All services are intangible digital services delivered instantly upon activation.

Store owners are solely responsible for defining and managing their own refund policies.
